Liasoning Officer

Key Responsibilities-

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, external organizations, and internal departments.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between parties, ensuring a smooth resolution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on key issues, progress, and challenges to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences involving multiple parties.
  • Information Sharing: Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information between parties involved, ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and any relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Support: Offer support in negotiations, contracts, and any formal agreements, ensuring that interests are aligned.

Job Requirements-

  • Any Graduation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and practices.
